Messages and communications originating from our servers have been created by our users, and their behavior is fundamentally beyond our control.

If you're experiencing a problem from a user on our network, we encourage you to contact us so that we may address the issue. We operate our network with integrity and will respond seriously to any reported abuse. We will take any and all actions we deem necessary up to and including termination of the user and reports to law enforcement where appropriate.

Our abuse mailbox is routinely monitored and we aim to respond to any and all complaints within 24 hours.
